In 2013, Greg Farris created MyoBrain with the mission of providing science-based individualized nutrition coaching.
Since then, Greg and his team have helped thousands of individuals reach their health & fitness goals. The MyoBrain principles have worked with everyone from CrossFit games athletes to complete beginners.
Experience:
- Registered Dietitian (RD)
- Masters in Dietetics. Bachelors in Health Promotion/Exercise Science
- Fomer Philadelphia Eagles sport nutrition intern.
- Contributor to the Alan Aragon Research Review
- Competed at 2014 USAPL Nationals. All time best lifts are 485 lb squat, 292 lb bench, 524 lb deadlift at 162 lbs bodyweight.
- 2012 Natural Bodybuilding Kansas City Classic - Novice 1st place
